I've been keeping some MO ENERGY bars in my car for long rides and mid-day running around. I often get hungry or light-headed and make bad decisions at the drive-thru. I popped a few in my glovebox, which are a healthy alternative to junk food. I love them!
When I read the ingredients, I realized they were simple and natural, but would they taste good? With ingredients like Ashwagandha and Lion's Mane (it's a mushroom) I wasn't so sure! Let me tell you; these are the best-tasting bars I've ever had. I love the Peanut Butter flavored Focus Bars. They are perfect for keeping at my desk when combating the afternoon slump. AWESOME!

I bought a box of these to keep at my desk. I often lose focus in the afternoon and just stare at my computer in a daze. That happened today and I tried a bar. I think it's what I needed because it gave me a mid-day break and boost. They say it has something to do with blood sugar, but I can tell you, this helped me out for the rest of the day. Certainly better than a candy coated bar would. The taste is very good but I'm not a big coconut fan. I'm going to try the Peanut flavor next.

Hi, I'm Mariano Rivera, and my friends call me MO. As a Hall-of-Fame baseball player, I was fortunate to have the top nutritionists and trainers to help me be the best I could be.

Boy, I was surprised at how good the Berry Coconut MO FOCUS bar is! I expected a dry, earthy-tasting bar that would be good for me but not necessarily good. Boy, was I wrong; these bars are sweet, moist, and tasty. I don't know how they do it; other VEGAN bars, like from RX Bars' Date bars, are dry and hard to choke down. I can't wait to have my next MO BAR!
